Excellant as usual
Thanks so much for seeing me on short notice. I called on Monday and was seen Tuesday. Char was so personable and offered me a magazine and a drink while waiting to see Dr. Sara. Before my appointment was over, Dr. Sara called an oral surgeon to make sure she was offering me all known options for my problem. Thanks to everyone for offering excellent service in a kind and caring environment.
It's probably been a decade since the last time I went under the drill. Novocain was administered painlessly and in away that I could go to choir practice later that day. You took care, knowing I have a high gag reflex, to elevate chair. Drill and refill took shorter than I expected.
Regular 6 month check up. Everything went great and as usual everyone from the front desk to Sarah was extremely friendly and positive. So thankful we have a dental office like the Gotwalt's to take care of us.
Great practice I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. All of the people are just wonderful.

The father/daughter team of Drs John and Sara are salt of the earth kind of people and great at what they do. They care about their patients, and take an interest in their lives and families. It's been a long term relationship for me and my family, and we enjoy the treatment we get from the whole staff.
My experience over the past 11 plus years with my dentist Dr John Gotwalt, and also with Dr Sara Gotwalt, has been fabulous! All the staff are Very helpful caring people, always happy to help you! Going to dentists appointments aren’t usually times people look forward to, but I can truly say when their office reminds me my check up date, I’m excited to see everyone, and catch up! Once again, it was like I just hit the that was "Easy" big red button! Thanks to Dr. John Gotwalt and his staff, going to the dentist every six months is actually an appointment that I look forward to. Everyone is very friendly and helpful.
