Dr. Carter gave me shots in my right knee a few months ago and I will highly recommend his services. I am trying to get an appointment with him for a second round of shots but I am having trouble getting an appointment. I sent a request by E mail with no response and tried to call today and was put on hold for several minutes then it started ringing again but after five minutes no one answered I will try to send a fax tomorrow.
