Where do I even begin. Dr.Bertrand is one of the kindest, compassionate, and most gentle physicians I have ever met. If you are in his care, he will take care of you like you are one of his own children.
Dr. Bertrand is Excellent! He is the Best Doctor. His office staff are so very professional and caring, too. He really knows what he is doing. I would give more stars if they would let me.

As a black woman in this country , I have read up on and experienced disparate care before . Therefore, I have been doing my due diligence with researching a best fit for fibroid removal. This doctor was personable and seemed like an overall nice person. Visit went well for a fibroid consult. He laid out the options for me after the exam and that's when things fell slightly apart.
