6 months under Dr Cox care and no answers to my on going foot pain. Poor follow up from staff. Quality of care is lacking Many excuses from office staff for constant delays in referrals for test, diagnosis and treatment. Assembly line type environment and care from Dr Cox
Update 10/15/24 Dr. Cox is a wonderful doctor. But… I have had an MRI denied twice and have been trying to get anyone to call me back to figure this out! My insurance company has called twice and left messages, I have left messages and finally someone called back when I left messages I would be going elsewhere, she apologized, gave various reasons for no return calls, then promised me I would get a call back on Monday, over a week ago.
