Five minutes at the most... didn't ask me any questions at all... just looked at my issue gave me prescriptions and it cost over $200!!! I will NOT go back!!! MY FIRST TIME THERE!!! NO CANCELATIONS!!!
I have gone through 2 Mohs surgery with Dr. Chung and after each one he sent in a PA to finish his procedure allowing them to finish his work, sewing up the open wound. The first PA didn't do horrible. The second surgery the PA was an arrogant male who kept cutting away skin to close the wound as it fell away onto my face. Then for several weeks following the surgery the stitches kept backing out and wouldn't heal properly. After seeing Dr. Chung to try and get it fixed. I accepted a 7:30am appointment. I was asked to arrive 15 minutes early to complete paperwork that I completed thru a link they sent. I agreed and pulled into parking lot after having slight difficulty finding it. While sitting in the parking lot waiting for 7:15 I received a call from this office canceling my appointment!! “Ya know, sum thangs juss caint be hellped” is the only explanation I received. I would recommend Dr. Chung and his staff. He removed my skin cancer and reassured me that I would be fine. I felt completely at ease and confident in his care. His staff is very friendly and thorough.
