I have been trying to have a prescription refilled for 4 days without success. I have gone thru the various layers of people to get them to do their job. Most of the time Rhodes is out of the office, so I have asked his PA to ok the refill. Without success, I asked for Rhodes to comply -- again, without success. I finally went to Rhodes' associate MD on Friday: NO success! This is not a new problem, as I have been with Rhodes for about 5 years and have had problems like this in the past .
