Dr Chalupka was amazing and knew exactly what my husband needed to correct the issue. We were lucky to find him and are so grateful to our friends who recommended this neurological group at Mt Sinai hospital Miami Beach, Fla. to us. We liked the group so much that we recommended them to our son- in-law for a procedure he needed and he was very happy with the outcome!

VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED, after months of waiting to be seen by Dr. Chaloupka, the office call me the day before my appointment, that I'll be seen by his assistant not Dr. Chaloupka which I highly request and wait months specifically to be check by him.(Dr. Chaloupka) The lady that call me to confirm my appointment was very unprofessional , and careless...treat me just like she just wanted me to dissappear and for me to not bother anymore.
