Review of staff, not doctor himself. Had a 1pm appointment, was told to arrive 15m early. I was there at 12:45pm. The lights were off and there was a sign on the door saying they were at lunch. Which is fine. At 1pm I was able to check in. At 1:30 I asked to reschedule my appointment if I wasn’t going to be seen soon.
