Dr. Vassallo & the rest of the office have always been great. Today, a Saturday morning they saved me a 4 hour trip to get my meds that I forgot at home. Dr. Vassallo was understanding & got my scripts called into a local pharmacy immediately. Thank you for the years of caring service
Dr. Vassallo has been incredibly helpful since I transitioned away from an IHA primary provider. His NP Lauren and his PA Payton have been helpful and pleasant as well. The office staff have been reachable by text for refills and basic questions which is convenient for me since I typically work 9-5. More recently, I was having some abdominal pain on a Saturday, questioning whether or not the ER was necessary. I was at Wellbridge, December 2024. I am 73 yrs old and had Multiple Pelvic Fractures. He walked in the next day and I went to ask a question. He cut me off. Raised his voice. He said you can ambulate. He said you don't need to be here! You can ambulate. I said I didn't choose to be here, was sent by hospital. Sorry to have wasted your time. He was rude and arrogant. I was suppose to be there for a week. I left the next day. Terrible doctor!
Dr Vassallo and his team were amazing. From start to finish it was a great experience. Wish I would have found his office sooner this will be my go-to Doctor from now on.
I don’t normally do google reviews however; this time it is much needed! Dr. Vassallo was the on-call Dr. for my Dr’s office for the weekend. When I reached out to him, he answered his phone right away and was very responsive to my call. I just want to say “thank you” again, and I would most definitely recommend him as an MD if you are in need of a Dr.
