Was not impressed with his personality. I explained to him why I was there and he asked me what I wanted him to do about it 🤐 I got the impression he thought I was there for drugs or something which was not true. Also, the front desk took my license, insurance cards and failed to give them back to me. I was wrapped up in paperwork and seeing the doctor so I never thought about it again. We were 20 minutes away when I realized it and when I went back and asked them about it, they laughed, so annoying!
My wife is going to Dr Sparks for hip surgery...from the get go Dr Sparks has won her over as a top shelf, knowledgeable surgeon...with excellent patient skills. As her husband we have dealt with ofc staff...(kathy...warm friendly, and extremely proficient and professional) as well as Kenneth...Dr Sparks assistant. Kenneth has been our go to guy with questions and basically all surgery and hip questions. He truly tells you what to expect and puts your mind at ease.
