Even if my son was getting braces, I would not go back. I got this weird UNPROFESSIONAL vibe when I walked in. Most of the staff sat up front talking loud & allowing my son's personal heath information to be BLASTED in front of other patients. So I posted that I checked into the office on Facebook & several people told me to LEAVE for various reasons & 1 included the lack of professionalism. This business is Subpar to say the least. My teeth are worse in 3 months than they were prior to getting braces. The staff are unprofessional, and you only see the orthodontist for 30 seconds on your way out of the office. This office is 5 seconds short of Ghetto. They cancelled my appointment twice without informing me and couldn't see me for 2 weeks. The removal fee is 1000 dollars and they instantly talk of putting your name in the credit bureau.
