Dr Halbrook is very kind and knowledgeable. He cares about his patients.
I would like to point out that Regan is very RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL over the phone with my mother and her 82 year old grandfather who needs to get his gallbladder removed and we were told we had to wait til JULY!! JULY?!?!? This is unacceptable and very unprofessional. They dont have one CARE IN THE WORLD FOR THEIR PATIENTS AND FIRED MY GRANDPA AS A PATIENT SO NOW WE HAVE TO FIND A NEW DR - SO FYI Find another doctor, who doesn’t let their employees yell and scream at other customers. THANK YOU NEXT
