18 years ago I did a resurfacing on my left hip with Dr Clohisey and returned to full activity including skiing hockey and golf. Just did a replacement on my right hip less than 2 months ago and I am so happy with the entire process and outcome. Dr Clohisey and his staff (special shout to Madeline) are simply the best. Great overall experience from the very first meeting thru the post surgery steps with the recovery process.
I did not know what to expect going into a total joint replacement. Dr. Chohisy is excellent with his expert skills, wonderful beside manner, and his efficient standard of care that his exprience makes him the best surgeon. Madelyn made every step of the way very clear with supplied detailed oral and printed information to refer to if needed. The speed of response from Madelyn in mychart was astounding. Dr Clohisy and his team are exceptional. I had my second hip replacement seven weeks ago and the results are even better than expected. The pain was less and I regained mobility sooner. This was my first experience with the daily text messages. They were very helpful reminders of post-op care: pain meds, incision care, exercises and overall encouragement. I am looking forward to my in person visit.
