Please do not let anyone you love or care about go here. They are rude and do not care about their patients at all. I went here because I had to at the time. I feel so bad for the people who’s only choice is here because May is not taking new patients and there are no other options in the Hanover area. The staff was rude and always behind. I have heard the staff say things like “rush it”, “squeeze them in”, and they are completely uncaring when you address them with a concern. My regular eye doctor referred me over to see Dr. Baer. I was in today for a visit. The staff was very friendly. Dr. Baer was very thorough explaining himself in detail and allowed me plenty of time to address any questions or concerns.
