There is only one receptionist in this office and she constantly ignores patients. She is never at the front window, and you end up waiting with no communication at all. It’s just her and the doctor, and neither of them explains anything clearly. I was charged $125 for an X‑ray without being told beforehand — she only mentioned the price after doing it. There is zero transparency and no proper information for patients. I’m honestly glad this place is closing because they take advantage of people.
When was the last time a medical practitioner called you back within an hour of your message and then immediately addressed your questions? Dr. Britton and his staff are SUPERB!!
Been here twice now each time I was treated with care the office accepts care credit which makes for easy flexible payment Dr Britton did exceptional work when removing my wisdom teeth it was so quick I didn’t even know he was done I also like that I was given the option to do the procedure while awake or with sedation overall I had a very good experience
