The front desk lady named "Debbie" is really rude and unprofessional. My mom called to reschedule her appointment and Debbie told her she couldn't help her. My mom had her on speaker phone so I heard the whole conversation. My mom asked if the Spanish receptionist can call her back and I quote Debbie said "no " and hung up. That's not great customer service at all!
