I was having an issue with fluid behind my right ear and not able to hear well, Dr. Austin was great at getting this issue resolved. Dr. Austin knows what his doing and did all the proper procedures, 1st trying medication and when this did not work ear tubes. I feel and hear better.
Dr. Austin is an incredibly knowledgeable physician with his first and foremost priority being the patient at hand. I appreciated how compassionate he was when I was not feeling my best and how he was straight forward with his diagnosis/recommendation. Dr. Austin listened to my concerns and helped me feel better than I have in years. I've been and will continue to recommend Dr. Austin to anyone and everyone. Thank you Dr. Austin!
Dr. Austin is a perfect example of professionalism, I am very pleased of the results from my son's surgery. The ability interacting with my son making him feel not to worry or scared of the process was definitely a plus. Even my son has rated Dr. Austin a 5 Star doctor.
I saw Dr. Austin about sinus congestion. After a scan, he recommended a balloon sinuplasty. The procedure WAS unpleasant, but worth it. I had this procedure 2 weeks ago and I can breathe!!!! Dr. Austin is very attentive and has a good bedside manner!
I had a very good experience with Dr. Austin. Appointments were easy to get. Wait time in the reception room and exam room was minimal. Dr. Austin was knowledgeable and personable. I would recommend him to anyone needing ENT services.
Dr. Austin was great! He showed our 18month daughter kindness and patience that small children demand. His staff was also wonderful! We had such an amazing experience starting with our initial consultation, through the procedure and even at our follow up appointments. Thank you for everything!

I had the best experience with Dr. Austin who performed a balloon sinuplasty. The outcome was unbelievable as I went from daily runny nose to zero days. Both his style and technique produced no pain at all. He and his staff are to be commended and highly recommended. He and his staff followed up with phone calls post procedure. As a professional in the health care field, i was very impresses with his practice and caring manner.
I saw Dr. Austin for a deviated septum, persistent sinusitis and vertigo. I followed his recommended treatment which included a CT scan to diagnose my condition and then septoplasty and balloon sinuplasty. Both procedures went as Dr. Austin explained, there were no unexpected surprises, nor unexpected pain. I trust his experience and judgement and would recommend him to others, including my family.
