As a new patient at Pacific Coast Dental, I have high praise to offer ~ and I haven't yet been treated! First, there is the front office staff: Yvonne and Francis. They were so cordial and patient over the phone as I explained my tooth problem and reluctance to seek treatment. They've heard it all before but were empathetic and eager to help but not push. I was a new patient and chose this Dental Clinic via a friend recommendation and my own review research online. The clinic belonged to an old high school friend's family, so I was eager to reunite after 30 years! I was not disappointed. The clinic upon entry was very cozy and smelled really good. I’ve always had dental phobia, but this was hands down the best dental experience I’ve ever had! Connie deserves major kudos—she was professional, intelligent, and incredibly calming. Thanks to her, I actually felt relaxed at the dentist for the first time. Highly recommend!
