Terrible customer service. It's virtually impossible to make timely contact with Seedor's office via telephone (no touchtone option for patient inquiries) or the Northwell Health website (can't compose email to doctor's office). I needed clarification of my post-surgery medication dosage (not a trivial issue). Different forms that I was provided advised different dosages for the same medication. :( Northwell Health is the worst medial group I've ever encountered.
I love Dr. J Seedor! I’ve had 3 surgeries and many eye problems and he’s helped me sooo much! I have vision in my left eye thanks to him. Great doctor, staff. I’ve been going to him over 11+ yrs. He’s the only eye specialist for me.
Had many occasions to receive his care, he's the best. Cool and effecient, a must use for family and close friends
Although Dr. Seedor has a formal manner, he is thorough and conservative in treatment. He is an excellent technician. My very complicated surgery turned out well.
