My family and I have been going to Dr. Herzog for more than ten years. He always has excellent hygienists. They are very attentive and they do a great job. Dr. Herzog is very honest, he never push for extra dental work unless it’s absolutely necessary.

Excellent dental care. Annoying billing practices. Owed money on a bill. Bill sent to my house claims I've owed them money for over 90 days. This is the first I'm hearing about it. Worst still is that I was just in the office a week ago and asked if I was all set. The bill owed was for a missed appointment that was missed for a good reason but this office is very black and white about missed appointments. After being a patient at this office for my entire adult life, I am extremely disappointed by how I was recently treated. At a prior visit, I was specifically told that a tooth would need to be monitored and would likely require future treatment. I want to share my experience so others can make an informed decision before seeking care here. In November 2022, my father passed away on November 6th. Right on time, great experience as always, I highly recommend Dr. Herzog and his staff. The hygienist Amy always explains things very clearly and provides very helpful information for dental self-care. Dr. Herzog is thorough and communicates well, and will often do small bite adjustments or such things in the moment if time allows, which I have appreciate.
