i have bad teeth, and fear of the dentist!! it takes ALOT of courage to go! i had to have a tooth pulled, so filled with Anxiety, i went! while i was all nummed up , he started, he said to me, "why do u let it get so bad"? when i didn't answer he said, " that wasn't a rhetorical question" and followed up with , if u think your saving money by not coming here..I know u have a job to do BUT u need to be more sensitive to your patients needs, my confidence is now SHOT! i WILL NOT be back.
