The Texas Orthopedics Round Rock Texas location is the best!!! The receptionist Kath, Crystal and Mara always greats me with smiles and a positive attitude. Dr. Loeb and his assistant are top notch!! They have certainly eliminated my shoulder pain and given me back full mobility with my shoulder. Dr. Scott replaced both knees and I'm back on my feet walking 3-6 miles a day. What a difference they all have made in my life!! I can't thank them enough!!!
The medical care from Dr. Onan and his team was great. However the billing processes at Texas Ortho need serious work. I paid a large charge in full two months ago and am still getting bills sent to me asking to pay it. I of course have the receipt, but even after speaking with multiple people in billing I keep getting the runaround and more texts/emails/mail telling me I owe them money.
