This Dr saw my daughter for many years for depression and fetal alcohol effects. Our visits consisted of asking how she was and increasing her medicines. She had a psychotic episode with hallucinations and Dr DeFrate told us to take her to Rockford Center. The Dr there said she was over medicated and it took a week to begin to see improvement. AT NO TIME did Dr DeFrate call to ask how she was doing. After telling us to go to Rockford I never heard from him again. My daughter is scared to death of psychiatrists now. A nightma... read more
