I have feared Dentists for 22 years. I always felt uncomfortable and that there wasn't a since of 'I feel your pain'. I didn't trust Dentists. Until I met Dr. Vance about 4 years ago. From the moment I walked in and was greeted by the staff I felt comfortable. But wasn't sold because I hadn't met the Dentist. When Dr. Vance walked in, shook my hand and introduced himself, I felt safe. I was finally able to trust a Dentist. He performed my bridge work and did an excellent job. If all dentists were this good I would not have waited 38 years to see one.
I have seen Dr. Vance since he opened his practice. He has always been wonderful. His office setting and staff are wonderful. Due to having TMG and being mis-diagnosed by first a primary care doctor and ENT, I went through an MRI to determine the reason for my headaches and ear pain. Finally after a visit with Dr. Vance he was able to send me to a specialist and end the 4 months of pain.
My experience at Dr. Vance's office was spectacular. They had excellent service!

Love Dr. Vance and Lauren and the rest of the staff! I used to be terrified to go to the dentist, but now I actually look forward to it! The fresh baked cookies don't hurt either ;)
Been going to Dr Vance and his lovely assistants for years aand am so pleased. He is a great Dentist, on time, thorough, good at knowing when to refer and very warm and nice! Dive stars!
