My appointment was 3:00 PM on 9/23/2013. I arrived early to fill out the paperwork. When 3:30 came and went, I asked "how much longer is the wait?" Office staff said it was going to be at least another hour. I asked, "how come you didn't call me on my cell number that I provided to you when I first made the appointment?" She said that they don't do that because he is a surgeon and that they ALWAYS RUN LATE. Obviously, I had more words and left quickly.
