Dr. Kratz is one of the kindest and most caring physicians I have ever met. He treated my parents and myself with the utmost respect, thoughtfulness, and urgency as we were dealing with a difficult situation. After the surgery, he went out of his way to find me in the waiting room to update me on the surgery and next steps - and he made himself available to our entire family throughout the process. My dad means the world to me and I am incredibly grateful for the care we received from Dr. Kratz.
