I had a pleasant experience with Dr. Jenkins. Her staff are very welcoming and I am so glad I picked Dr. Jenkins as my orthodontist!
All three of my kids have gone through braces with Dr.Jenkins with fantastic results. I have even gotten my mouthguard with her as well. She is so personable and knowledgeable. I trust her with my children's care....highest compliment! She is great!

They are supposed to accept Ameritas insurance per their agreement as they are in-network. I went in for a follow up and rather than file they made me file which took a lot of time going back and forth. Once I got confirmation the orthodontist been paid, I sent them proof from Ameritas they were reimbursed for money I already paid to the orthodontist. It has been over 6 months. I keep getting the run-around from the orthodontist office still no payment despite proof they were paid.
