Dr. Picard was exceptional. She was incredibly informative, attentive, and took the time to thoroughly explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. Her bedside manner was outstanding - she was compassionate and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. It was clear that she genuinely cared about my concerns and answered all of my questions with patience and insight.
