Dr. wallskog performed my hip resurfacing on December 22, 2015. I could not be more pleased with the results. My recovery pain was minimal. I didn't even need the crutch past day 2 post op. At my 6 week follow up he cleared me to return to work as a firefighter. I was back to work 8 weeks after surgery. Prior to surgery he was very thorough in explaining the pro's and con's. I just pasted my 5 month mark and everything is going great.
Dr. Wallskog is an excellent physician. Very caring and made me feel comfortable before and after my surgery. Great experience, and very happy with the results of my hip replacement surgery.
Dr. Wallskog recently performed hip replacement surgery on me. During my initial exam he explained everything that would be done as well as the time of recovery. Everything stated in advance was exactly as it occurred. For example, he stated that by following the recommended therapy (including exercises), I should be able to start some of my outdoor activities in 6 weeks. My 6 week post operation follow-up showed that the healing was right on schedule and I did start to perform some yard-work.
