I had the worst experience 20 years ago with knee surgery . I literally had not been to the doctor in years . I had come to fear them in a way. Dr. Tupper scared me at first with his direct answers .Now it's what I've come to respect the most. He repaired a knee injury in 2021 and then he walked into the room in 2023 and recognized me unlike my other surgeon who don't remember me from one visit to the next. My father sees Dr. Tupper, he is so professional, and always answers questions and is available. I have never been more impressed with a doctor. Thank you Dr. Tupper for being such a great human! My parents always speak so highly of you and I understand why.
I had two bunionectomies back to back and I cannot begin to explain the exceptional treatment that I received from Dr. Joel Tupper and his staff. When I had issues, my phone calls were never dismissed and I they made me feel like I was apart of there family. I would highly recommend Dr. Tupper for any orthopedic needs. To this day I've experienced no pain since my surgeries.
He was wonderful! The office was clean and friendly and my care was excellent!
Wanted to thank Dr. Tupper , he performed my hip surgery, it went so smooth. He did an excellent job. I recommend any one needing surgery should go to him and let him do it. Thanks Dr Tupper for the great job you done.
The woman who answers the phone is TREMENDOUSLY rude. The doctor came in to my sons appointment without looking over the records my pediatrician faxed over. Poor bedside manner, disrespectful staff, along with having to wait 30+ minutes after my sons scheduled appointment time are the reasons we will not be seeking the care of Dr. Tupper. I STRONGLY discourage the use of this clinic.
