I am scheduled for eye surgery in October. It is Friday, Sept 1 and I have been trying to reach the scheduling nurse since Monday----5 days now. Despite numerous efforts daily (multiple times), the nurse will not return my call. I have left vm messages, I have had employees in the Willowbrook office trying to help.
