I am writing to share my experience at the Willowbrook office under Dr. Cohen’s care, which I visited due to an emergency while my regular ophthalmologist was out of town. I am scheduled for eye surgery in October. It is Friday, Sept 1 and I have been trying to reach the scheduling nurse since Monday----5 days now. Despite numerous efforts daily (multiple times), the nurse will not return my call. I have left vm messages, I have had employees in the Willowbrook office trying to help. I have gone to Dr. Cohen for decades & now bring my mother to him after moving her down here. He & his staff are very professional, caring & experts in their field!
