Dr. Richards and the staff are great. The staff need to be aware of proper billing procedures as many other dental offices perform a process of not doing certain X-rays together (bitewing and panoramic separation). It is not best practice to tell the patient your services are covered if you are not sure…just say that I should check and I won’t do it until next time…problem solved. This dental office is price gouging! First of all treatment is given without any prices being discussed. Options are not given with different treatment alternatives. They only tell you the most expensive option and to ask at the front desk about cost, as I did question it. Front desk explains, it will be covered by insurance if you do this particular treatment. Not true, as a year after treatment I yet get another bill. From another dentist later, find out this particular treatment is the most expensive way to go. I was neve... read more

I am truly relieved as a parent to have found Dr. Joel & his team. Will rate their practice beyond 5 stars. My 8 yr old needed multiple teeth fixed & was absolutely scared & nervous. We tried a different pediatric dentist initially as they were referred by my dentist. We were not happy as they lacked patience, empathy & flexibility with treatment options.
