I called to order a prescription refill for a hearing impaired family member and the receptionist continually transferred my call without EVER taking the message, and the transfer just rang and rang and rang. I still haven't been able to leave the message because obviously caller ID, she doesn't even speak, she instantly reroutes the call. Worst customer service EVER
My wife and i went to see him yesterday and after talking with him, i found myself a little concearned that he didnt know what some of our medications were for and the fact that i was advised that they dont do controlled substances even though i was informed that they do over the phone days before. I was also concearned that there may be an overnooking issue as his nurse advised him that there were still 2other patients that were still waiting in other rooms to which he seem to snap at her. Waited for an hour ask how much longer it would be before I seen the doctor was told there was two people ahead of me. Everyone in the waiting room came in after I did
