Inexperienced in mental health care to be effective.
Dr Joel started as my dad's doctor, then I started going to him and later he took on my mom. He always takes the time to do his job in a very compassionate and personable way. He has genuine desire to help his patients. Definitely recommended!
Dr Veldhouse is as good as it gets. He genuinely cares and is patient focused.
In general he doesn’t seem to listen to concerns very well. He can be very dismissive.

Dr Joel is THE BEST!!! Super knowledgeable, helpful and genuinely cares for the kiddos. Miss Racheal is also amazing! They are a great team, I've recommended others to them both and know they also have shared the recommendation. 5 stars without a doubt!!!
I highly recommend (and have recommended) Dr. Veldhouse. He treats his patients with he highest of care and utmost respect. My kids pretend to be sick when we drive by his office so they can go see Dr. V. I truly appreciate his energy and explanation of diagnosis. It is rare you find such a great pediatrician or Dr. who cares as much as Dr. Veldhouse does!
I have found Dr. Joel to be a knowledgeable and personable doctor. He answers emails through the patient portal quickly. When I needed to see him on a more urgent matter he was able to find room in his schedule.
