Dr McDaid and the staff here are doing a great job! They are kind and professional and explain everything with zero attitude and 100 percent care :).
I could not imagine ,when my surgery and rehab started a better outcome..I was told what to expect. Ahead of time and what my rehab would be and for how long. Dr Chern was excellent did a great job on my really messed up shoulder,changing rehab times,was easy and done with a smile.
I had life threatening compartment syndrome and rhabdomyolysis and dr Chern identified it right away after being unable to move in hospital for a day or two. His operation saved my life and my leg and 6 months later I am walking and starting to jog again under his care. He is the best doctor I have ever had and am only here thanks to him.
I was very pleased with Dr. Chern and his staff. I received a thorough explanation before surgery so I had an idea of what to expect. Surgery went smoothly. Everyone was helpful and answered my questions. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait, but they were apologetic and accommodating.
I have made significant improvement over 3 months. Dr. Chern was thorough and correct with his advice. I am very happy with my progress.
Doc came in having reviewed the file. He knew the history and what was needed. He discussed his evaluation and the recommended treatment and why. Very thorough and competent. I felt very confident with his treatment and diagnosis.
From day one I could feel the genuine concern. The explanations and ongoing care was the best I have had in many years. I would recommend this office this practice and especially this doctor to anyone ... Thank you all! ...
All staff be it in the back for care or up front at the desk for follow up appointment and instructions on care the quality of service is excellent and the kindness shown to a person in pain was genuine friendly and helpful thank you all so much I will recommend you to others Phyllis Poth- Sulecki.
Dr.S is always professional and accommodating with my care. He explains every step that is needed And makes me feel very comfortable.
