The office and clinical staff, and the doctor were all courteous and professional.
The receptionist is rude and condescending. They could not follow one request and lied about to me. Also took absolutely no accountability for the mistake they made instead I got "yeah well mistakes happen" not a single sorry just "well what can you do mistake happen all the time"
Called for an appointment today and was greeted with a person who apparently was having a very bad day and decided to just not care about customer service at all. Definitely not taking my business there. If the call taker is short and rude makes you wonder how the rest of the place is.
I love Dr. Orton. She listens, also great questions. Had spotted things that were previously unnoticed by others. Highly recommend.
