Called for an appointment today and was greeted with a person who apparently was having a very bad day and decided to just not care about customer service at all. Definitely not taking my business there. If the call taker is short and rude makes you wonder how the rest of the place is.
I love Dr. Orton. She listens, also great questions. Had spotted things that were previously unnoticed by others. Highly recommend.
I’d never been here but decided to take a chance on a new optometrist - my prescription had been stable for many years but Dr. Hope gave me a slight update and WOW! I didn’t notice problems before, but I can see with so much more clarity now, it’s incredible. Will definitely come back. Much appreciated!
