Speaking with reception here is like pulling teeth. They never try to problem solve or give helpful solutions. I ordered contacts and they had no issue taking payment immediately but then did not call when they came in, and when I follow up myself and asked why she said "don't know". Poor service
I visited this clinic once for a simple eye exam and never went back. The person who did the exam wasn’t great. it felt like they were just going through the routine without really caring about my situation. Since then, I’ve been getting promotional emails from them almost every week even though it’s been over two years and I moved out of Winnipeg a year ago. After being a client of a small neighbourhood clinic and then switching to Dr Kaplan has been such a huge difference. He has gone above and beyond in trying to find contact lenses that work for me. Highly recommended.
