I scheduled an appointment on their website. They do not send confirmation emails. I called day of to get a reminder of what time I made my appointment for. When calling the number it popped up as I was dialing "Potential Spam". When the lady answered she was immediately rude. She said she had been trying to call my phone and that the time (selectable on their website) was not available. First, he tried to get me to wear dailies when I told him I wanted to stick with my monthlies I was very happy with. Now when I try and get a prescription filled from Costco they reject me because he specified a brand on my written prescription that I don’t want to use and told him I didn’t want. Second, when I got home and put my lenses back into my eyes (I took the lenses out for the exam) they burned like hell because there was clearly something polluted with the lens case he gave me or the solution he had. I've had 2 exams here over the past 7 years and the optometrist's are great. However, this week I tried to schedule an appointment 3 times and left voicemails all 3 times over the course of a week. Never received a call back. If you can get an eye appointment, you'll be in good hands. The front office is questionable. Sad to say I have moved on and scheduled an eye appointment with a competitor. Hopefully they will get the front office issues resolved because I really liked Dr Joel and company.
Dude is terrific. I've been seeing him most of my adult life.
