1 Implant, 2 Crowns = Smiling Big again! I came to Modern American Dentistry as I moved Dentists in 2022: closer to home and work. I did the best research one could online and friends. I was pleased. Staff was brilliant, really organized, kind and smart. Then in Oct. 2023, an old root canal tooth needed to be extracted and an implant put in. Yes, I was scared! Beware! Another bad operation here. FYI, you do not HAVE to give your social security # for insurance lookup/verification. 3x they tried telling my it's "required" it is absolutely NOT required and go figure she was able to find it and magically not need it anymore. Also, deceptive billing practices. I was not informed ahead of time there would be additional billing for X-rays taken during normal teeth cleaning & exam. I was never told and never agreed to this.
