Kind, caring, great pulmonary doctor
I would like to be clear. This is regarding the staff that manages Dr Joel Epstein's appointments, not the doctor himself. This was the first time I tried to see this doctor. The doctor was injured and could not see patients at the time. This was not made known and I got the confirmation of the appointment through an automated text messaging service to confirm my appointment the day prior to the appointment. I had an appointment with this docter he was one of the most kind and loving person that I have encountered with in a long time. I have been having stomach issues for a long time. This is my third docter and am so glad I found this one. I do highly recommend this docter if u want excellent service. Sincerely O Anderson
