We haven't had many problems with them until today. My daughter had an appointment at 3pm. We got there early, and could not get in because the door was locked. I tried multiple times to open the door. I called multiple times. I finally left my second message stating that my daughter would be missing her appointment as we couldn't get in the door and that we would be finding a new dentist. I guess some patients aren't as important?
