From the moment we booked the appointment to the moment we arrived was a complete nightmare,extremely rude and unprofessional. Then wanted us to pay upfront even tho they accepted our insurance,reason the said it takes to weeks or more to get paid and didn't want to wait. worst ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! if i could give a zero rating i would!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dr. Joe Thomas is a very knowledgeable and dedicated dentist. My situation was an emergency and I was out of my home town. I saw his website and called the number on a Sunday. Dr. Thomas was quick to respond and made an appointment with me immediately. I was very upset and he was very soothing and thorough in his examination and explanation of my situation. He has a respectful approach to his procedures with you the patient and his staff. I knew immediately that I trusted him and I am grateful.
This Dentist has an ego the size of a football field. He is definite not what he thinks he is. My recommendation, DO NOT LET HIM DO A BONE GRAFT OR AN IMPLANT. Go to a Maxofacial Surgeon.
