I did not even make it into the appointment. The phone staff is rude. The woman at the front desk is absolutely abrasive and it was such a poor experience before I even saw the doctor, I cancelled my appointment. I show up for my appointment and the woman tells me I should have been there 30 minutes prior to the time they gave me. This would cause the doctor to run behind so I would need to reschedule or wait 1.5 hours.
