I was interested in becoming a new patient because Dr. Joe has great reviews, but unfortunately my experience with the front desk was very disappointing. The receptionist was rude and unprofessional. She yelled that she couldn’t hear me and then hung up. When I called back and left my information on the voicemail, nobody ever returned my call. The acupuncture was done through clothing which basically pulls any germs or toxins on the clothing directly into the body. Don’t do it.
Dr. Joe is rated 5 stars for a reason. I have never left an appointment with the pain I arrived in. I am an avid runner and often need adjustments during marathon training. Dr. Joe knows exactly what to do. I often think - maybe he's a magic healer? Book the appointment. You won't regret it
Dr. Joe is professional and courteous. I appreciate the fact that he remembers details involving my care and is respectful to ask about them, even if I have not seen him for a number of months. Thank you, Dr. Joe for continuing to keep me mobile and active.
