Hasn’t met the doctor yet but horrible nurses and front desk staffs. Happened to talk to a girl on the phone. All she did in the conversation is trying to approve she is smarter and win the convo. She is so racist to ESL people. She humiliated people with accent. The whole team needs to be retrained on how to work professionally.
Great doctor but horrible front desk and scheduling system. Always long wait even with appointment. I am talking about over an hour wait time without any reason.
