For the most part Dr. Joe (William) Hernandez is a good dentist but I feel if something is incorrect and should be fixed I should not be charged for it. I also think that the front desk should be a little friendlier to the patients. The two that sits up front look like they don't like their jobs. Samantha and the other one I think her name is Suzi always has a frown on their face. Not very proffesional. I have been going their many many years, I would think that I would be treated a little bit better.
