Dr. Joe patiently listened to my concern and history of physical challenges and got to work unsticking areas that were not moving. Finding appointments in his schedule was straightforward and I was able to see him at my convenience. After just several visits and adding specicic at-home exercises, I am already feeling better.
Dr Joe has helped me so much! I went from needing to get adjusted every week to getting once a month. He educates me on how to help the areas that are bothering me and exercises and stretches to help. So he doesn’t just crack you and let you go it’s been a game changer to what I used to do.
I found Dr Joe, got a consult, and he was able to quickly get to the root of my various pains and nerve compression from sitting. He gave me suggestions for how to do my own movements and what tools to use at home in between adjustments. I changed the entire way I set up my desk for work based on his feedback. He’s really good at what he does and I leave every appointment feeling so better both physically and mentally.
I have been going to Dr. Joe for years and have always walked away with an excellent experience. He takes the time to listen to what my problem areas are, and goes above and beyond to address them. Not only does he give top notch adjustments, he also gives me stretching and exercise suggestions to keep me healthy at home! Dr. Joe is the best!
