I found Dr Joe, got a consult, and he was able to quickly get to the root of my various pains and nerve compression from sitting. He gave me suggestions for how to do my own movements and what tools to use at home in between adjustments. I changed the entire way I set up my desk for work based on his feedback. He’s really good at what he does and I leave every appointment feeling so better both physically and mentally.
I have been going to Dr. Joe for years and have always walked away with an excellent experience. He takes the time to listen to what my problem areas are, and goes above and beyond to address them. Not only does he give top notch adjustments, he also gives me stretching and exercise suggestions to keep me healthy at home! Dr. Joe is the best!

I wish there were more than 5 stars. I was referred to Joe a few months ago and walked in feeling hopeless. I drive an hour twice a week to see Joe and he has been such a tremendous help. Joe knows what's going with me and really listens and understands to provide the very best of outcomes and suggestions for an all-around healthy lifestyle. The BEST!!
Dr. Joe is the real deal. He was referred to me by a friend and so happy she recommended him. Relaxed and comfortable environment, trusted explanations, realistic treatment plan, and results. Love that he gives strengthening exercises to go along with adjustments too. Only regret is not going sooner!
