Unpleasant environment, ridiculous and unjustifiable mask mandates. Overall .... very unfortunate experience, not coming back.
She is very smart and good at what she does, highly recommended for her specialty. She seems to be a very clinical person and it would be helpful if she sat down with her patients and did a visual of an eye to explain what she sees and what should be done to correct a potential problem. Thank goodness for the internet. I have waited up to 2 hours after the scheduled time before I saw her, not so good, time is money, perhaps an office staff scheduling issue.
Dr. Seymour is a wonderful doctor. I would recommend her to anybody.
I have been a patient of Dr. Piltz for 20+ years, as well as a participant in the national OHTS study which she directed, and have found her to be the gold standard of Professionalism in all areas and would highly recommend her to family and friends. She has a caring manner that puts you at ease and takes the time to answer the patient's questions.
Dr. Piltz-Seymour is Smart, clever, compassionate, personable, talented, gifted, creative, and many more superlatives that I cannot bring to mind at the moment. As a subject in a Long-Term treatment study with Dr. Piltz-Seymour, I have only good things to say about Dr. Piltz and the staff with which she is surrounded.
