Have called and asked for a call back to discuss Child’s plan numerous times and have not received a call back, over the time span of 6 weeks. Dentists have not communicated properly on child’s teeth resulting in delay of proper care. These are pediatric dentists but do not have the etiquette to deal with children. Very rude staff. This building is nice but that’s about it for this office.

I went here for my son for 2 or 3 years. Loved it. However when they transferred to a new practitioner, they did not inform their clients that the practitioner doesn't take certain insurances. So instead of telling me and letting me make a choice, whether I wanted to pay out of pocket or not, they said not one word and then threw a two hundred dollar bill at me. Staff was EXTREMELY rude to my child. They used to have great staff and service as we had gone there for years, but their staff currently doesn’t work well with children. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. They don’t listen to parent concerns or have any empathy for a nervous child trying their very best to participate. Staff seemed annoyed with any questions. I can’t believe I forgot to rate this practice. What a horrible experience for my son. He went in to get a tooth extracted because the COVID lockdowns prevented it from being treated as a cavity & it progressed too far. My son was sensitive to the nitrous gas. It made him cough and choke the whole time. He couldn’t breathe to the point where I asked if he was okay.
