Efficient, courteous, knowledgeable. Fast an easy processing and procedure. A much improved procedure!
Efficient, professional, friendly. Dr. Houston made a no fun procedure quite tolerable. Third procedure with Dr. Houston and hope he’s still in the business when the next one comes due!
My experience at Lone Star was excellent. The staff, nurses, anesthesiologist and Dr Houston were all professional, kind and caring.
The staff at his center were amazing, prep was not painful, made me feel very at ease and very comfortable experience.
I’m generally hesitant to provide written reviews but my interactions with all levels of the staff were truly exceptional during my recent visit. All were very knowledgeable and professional this includes the front-office people but especially the technicians, nurses, anesthesiologist and doctors I interacted with. I will definitely return to this facility if I need any related procedures in the future.
